  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt - coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds - ground
  • 1/2 cup milk preferred kind

Method
 

  1. Pile your ingredients into your blender and blend.
