This peanut butter made from dry roasted peanuts is delicious and very quick to make.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
Sweet Version
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or to taste

Method
 

  1. Add the nuts, salt and any other additions to the blender.
  2. Start the blender and let it blend until the nuts turn to butter. This may take a few minutes.
  3. Keep blending the nuts until you have a soft creamy butter. Scoop out into a jar with an airtight lid for storing.
