Peel and de-stone the avocados. Roughly cut them into chunks and add to a blender.
Add in the cacao, maple syrup and the milk of choice and blend.
Once it is completely smooth - you may need to scrape down the sides to ensure that everything has blended nicely - stop blending and taste.
If it is not sweet enough, add a little more maple syrup. If you'd like it more chocolatety then add a tablespoon more of the cacao.
Decorate before serving with either chocolate shavings, or coconut cream and fruit. his dessert will last two or three days in the refrigerator.
