Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • optional: maple syrup to taste

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend on high until you have a nice smooth consistency.
  2. Check for sweetness and add a little maple syrup if required. Enjoy!
