Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

A healthy, fruit, milk and yogurt smoothie that looks great, tastes great and is good for you. Makes a brilliant snack at the end of a hard day or a breakfast as the new day begins.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • optional: maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend on high until you have a nice smooth consistency.
  • Check for sweetness and add a little maple syrup if required. Enjoy!
